Jan 19 David Greenspan show cancelled.Once I was able to find the ChatBot the refund process went smoothly. (I assume. I haven’t checked my credit card account yet.)It would’ve been excellent to have a link to the ChatBot from the exact location in the email where ‘Go to the ChatBot’ was mentioned. It took a while and some research to find the ChatBot.Why was the show cancelled? Sorry to miss it.Not sure why submitting a review is so cumbersome. Makes me not want to submit a review.
