Honestly, I hate dealing with customer service or support, because I am always underwelmed and dissappointed. This was not the case with dealing with Marika on 10/30/24. Marika understood my situation, offered up the correct solution quickly, and then even offered to do it for me. I deal with a lot of customer support people in my company and am one of the people deals with issues and complaints from our clients, and rarely am I impressed with anyone taking ownership of an issue as quickly and decisively as Marika. If this is how NYTG handles all support issues, that's wonderful. If not, everyone should handle things as Marika did. She was wonderful and the experience was great. Thanks to Marika and to NYTG!!!
