I was so excited to purchase tickets for Wicked while my wife, son and I are in town for the marathon this coming weekend. I clicked on November 2 for show date and selected two seats (my wife needs to go to bed early for the race). When I got the email confirmation, it said my tickets were for Tuesday nights performance! I was devastated. I contacted customer support and Jenny, the senior customer experience representative was very kind and issued me a voucher for 100% of the value and was able to rebook tickets for the proper performance on Saturday.
