I am so very thankful for Jenny! Due to a health issue, I had to cancel my tickets almost immediately after having bought them. I did have the ticket protection option as I'm always hesitant to commit without some sort of insurance. I purchased the tickets, thinking that I would lose $20 per ticket if I'd had to cancel. I was informed that the ticket protection would provide a voucher for rebooking the tickets. That was not my understanding at all and I was devastated to lose the price of two tickets. Jenny put in a refund request and it seems that my card will be reimbursed minus the $40. I am very relieved as I was devastated over the health issue,not to mention having to miss the show ... and the price of the tickets. Thanks to Jenny!
