very concerned - my credit card keeps getting charged by them for the same thing evenb though they sent me my tickets. thought it was an honest mistake until i went to the website and they have zero ways to contact them. They reference "if the information doesn't solve your problem you can chat with the team" but there is no phone number, no email and definitely no chat function anywhere on the site. happy to update this if anyone from there reaches out - but also they need to put some clear ways to at least email them on their website. so far nothing.....be careful. Update: The tickets came through fine. But I challenge them to show me as they mention below where the chat function is on their site. There is no way to communicate even by chat or email…. Just pray you don’t have an issue.
