Samantha was a rockstar. I made a bonehead move and booked a show a month earlier than I intended. It was too late to sell and the language on the purchase said no refunds. She escalated our situation as we were on the other side of the country and could not physically attend the show I had booked and was able to get me a voucher that I was able to apply towards the correct date for our trip in July! Samantha, you helped me save face with my wife big time! Great customer service!
