I booked two evenings through New York Theatre Guide, one with ticket protection and one without. It turned out I needed to cancel the one with ticket protection which seemed quite easy.I then realized that my credit card wasn't refunded instead I had a credit to use for another show. Since we don't live in the area, I contacted them to see what I could do.After explaining the issue, Lucy emailed me a refund for the full amount including the ticket protection. The whole process took about 15 minutes ... a breeze !
