I was skeptical at first that I had purchased fake tickets but after reaching out to their customer service, I was able to chat with a lovely person, Patty, and she took the time to reassure me and even took the extra step of emailing me so I would be connected if anything would go wrong while at the theatre. Having that connection and reassurance completely got rid of my anxiety and we ended up with the best seats in the house. Patty, thank you, you really made the difference.
