To me, it’s not about what happens when everything is perfect but about how a company reacts when things go wrong. We purchased expensive broadway tickets for my 10 yr old son to see Harry Potter on broadway as a belated bday trip. The night before he got violently ill. Initially, I was told nothing could be done. Very promptly, however, Finnian got involved and was able to help us in less than an hour. While they couldn’t refund us, they did give us a credit for the entire cost of the tickets to use for a future show. I promised my son we’d come back when he wasn’t ill, and now this makes it possible.
