We were supposed to fly out to NY on the 20th on Delta but unfortunately Delta was one of the hardest hit by Microsoft "bug" which infected the entire world. After spending all day at the airport with delay after delay they cancelled the flight. Then we had to look for our luggage and after spending 13 hours at the airport decided to go home and then go back in the morning to retrieve it. I know too much information here but can you imagine how drained and tired and frustrated I was!!! Especially after knowing how much we already lost on our hotel reservation and knowing that I didn't get insurance for the NYTG tickets I was so thrilled to see Alejandra's positive email saying I would be able to received a full voucher!!!!! But I know I was able to do this only because I acted quickly and agreed to take the voucher since I only buy my tickets through NYTG. This really is the best buy and customer service that I have found in dealing with purchasing Broadway tickets on line! Thank you Alejandra and New York Theatre Guide!!
