We tried NEXAMP for over a year here in Lewiston NY. There billing practices employ back billing for up to 4 months so keeping track of how much you owe and when they bill for it can be very confusing. It typically took 40 minutes to deal with their bill each month with 3 minutes average each for all our other utilities. Some months no bill at all and other months hundreds of dollars owed that was unexpectedly. We did save about 10% off our electric costs overall but the aggravation of dealing with old bills and customer service that can't explain how the billing works forced us to quit their service. But remember the 4 month delay in billing means the bills keep coming even after you leave them. If you don't keep track of your bills and just pay whatever bill they send then you will probably will like their business model. For those of you that keep track I would recommend avoiding Nexamp.
