I was previous license holder since 2007 and had not used their software for over 15 years, (due to personal reasons) however even after long break I contacted the support team and they were very pleasant and helpful to help me reinstall the software back in my computer.The indicators are very helpful in keeping me patient and only look for entry in the correct trend of the market.I was absent from trading for personal reasons, but looking forward to resuming my previous success.I would highly recommend this company as they stand behind their product and more importantly service.Thank you Nexgen for your excellent response to my needs.
