This is actually my second Nexstand. The first was a K2, but my business partner borrowed it and promptly left the country. I bought a cheap portable stand to replace it in Bangkok. It looks quite nice as it's made out of metal, but is slightly too heavy and doesn't raise my laptop high enough, especially when using a sit stand desk.Delivery was prompt, although that'll obviously depend on the country you're in.The K1 is super light and goes with the aesthetic of my Thinkpad. The height adjustability works well with the sit stand desk I have as well as when I'm sitting down. I can't attest to it's sturdiness as I haven't had it for long enough, but it feels pretty solid. When travelling and working a lot, every gram matters and ergonomics are important. I think it's worth the premium rather than going for a cheapo stand.
