Worst experience of my life!I was new and inexperienced and did a test shoot, they recommended this company and said that it is a really great company.I got in touch with them and everything was good, my profile was going to be live soon enough but suddenly, it was taking too long and longer than usual for it to go live, I kept checking their website and every time I searched Next Step Agency, and clicked on the website, it would not appear, as if it did not exist.I am not sure if it was a glitch or something else so I was afraid of being scammed when I had paid them already so I asked for a refund from my bank.For weeks, no contact and I did not hear from them via emails or text messages or even call and their website was down as well, but as soon as I initiated a refund, the manager called me.He said it was my fault and started shouting at me and blamed me that I did not put in the effort or that it is my job to complete the profile and keep them informed etc.I did not appreciate him getting onto to me when I tried to contact them and was scared of losing my money. I even screamed at him and he was swearing at me by now and passing racist comments. Also, he sent a racist text message and threatened me, and he did all of this because of £149.I would not have minded to give back the fee that I owed but the guy was so rude and unreasonable that even I lost control. It may be a good company but this was my honest experience. Well, I had forgotten all about this until I came across this company again and thought I should write about the disgusting service I experienced.*It is not a false review, I still have the emails from my agent and text messages from the manager at Next Step.
