The only time it was ever delayed was when UPS stopped delivering due to weather conditions in my area. Their prices are a bit high but ever since I realized that after I accounted for all the "processing fees" from other websites that I was paying the same amount of money, I just started using this company each time. My only complaint is that I wish they'd use PayPal for their payment processing instead of having to give them my credit card number each and every time.
