Next Day Steel as a company accused me of lying to them that my steel was delivered when it actually wasnt even on the order. This was even with proof that it wasn't delivered. They backed me into a corner and made me pay for the items again when I needed them at short notice. The office made me feel like it was my fault. They expect you to check over the order when all I got was 'items bent as per schedule' on the invoice, how was this possible? I would pay a little more for a company with a better service had I of known.
