Received an email stating our delivery would be with us around 4pm so l arranged for 3 men (who finish at 4 to wait on site ) l rang the office a couple of times when the delivery didn’t turn up and was told they couldn’t contact the driver so l sent my chaps home at 5pm as l didn’t want to incur any more cost and went to site myself to wait for delivery got a call from the driver to say he was on his way and took delivery at 5.30 I emailed next day steel to say that if they had said 5.30 l could have arranged to be there to take delivery instead of having everyone hanging around They emailed back saying it was down to a traffic situation which l knew wasn’t the case then they changed their story saying the driver tried to ring me but couldn’t get through which he hadn’t the truth of the matter was he was given to much to do and not enough time to do it Total shambles would not recommend
