Time wasters.

My experience with this company has been very disappointing from start to finish.The first surveyor who came to my home was very nice and polite. He checked the property and told me I would need both loft insulation and underfloor insulation. Two days later I was informed that the grant had been declined because the work went over the budget.I called the company to ask what my options were. They told me I could contribute some of my own money, which I was willing to do, but I would have to choose either the loft insulation or the underfloor insulation. Chloe only sent me one quote instead of providing both options, which made it difficult to properly decide.Because of this, I contacted Chloe again and asked if another surveyor could come out, as I didn’t feel the situation had been handled correctly. I was told they would send a senior surveyor, which gave me some reassurance at the time. Unfortunately, when the second surveyor arrived, he appeared to be just a normal surveyor rather than the senior one I had been promised.After that visit, I waited over a week for a follow-up call but heard nothing. I eventually had to call the company myself and was met with a very rude adviser. I was told that quotes had already been sent to me for both the loft and underfloor insulation, which simply isn’t true. I was also told that the scheme had already ended, even though this was said at the end of February and the scheme actually runs until the end of March.Overall, the experience has been extremely frustrating. Communication has been poor, information given has been inconsistent, and promises made were not kept. I expected much better service and honesty from the company, but instead the whole process has been very disappointing
