Firstly this review relates to governmetn backed energy rating improvement scheme going on, I was forced into accepting internal wall insulation and other 'improvments' to my home. It's taken a very long time. It was badly planned. They are working in every room walls at once in a 2 bed property with 2 people living here I wasn't offered to be moved out or storage to put my stuff. The workies were good people tho. I've had to get several things re done but the main issue was planning for the scale of this work.The upgraed extractor fans are worse than the ancient ones I had before also. They don't even clear the steam out of the bathroom anymore.There is damage to some of my furniture, mainly plaster getting on varnished wood which was supposed to be protected. Bear in mind I had to literally try to move every item in my house into a corner because there is no storage or accomodation available, and still live there whilst work is going on in every single room.Edit: I notice NextEnergy replied to this review. Note that when the work is nearly finished they send someone round to your house and she literally stood over me and made me write this review so I'm obviously not going to look for your response and my initial review was basically done 'under duress'. You got -1 for this approach before I even started the review.I came back here to demote the service from 2* to 1* after having dealt with the aftermath for another couple of months and having the opinions of other people who know more than me tell me about how cheap and nasty the work was done. Also if my daughter couldn't have moved out for the 3 months it took to do the work I can't even imagine how bad it would have been and there was literally no interest in the customers situation beyond the workies sent round. Any planning had to be instigated by me and I had to constantly remind. NextEnergy make a lot of noise but will not plan around your life at all just make it painful. Lots of people will reassure you but somehow your worst fears will still come to pass, yes?Terrible service. Reply to me again if you want maybe you spend the money on your job instead of worrying about your goddam trustpilot rating? Provide better service for better reviews instead of spending money on a PR department to battle them? CRAZY I KNOW.Also to the reply to my review.. This is not customer service this is a review site. If I want customer service I will call you. I don't call you because I will only get more pain, is my experience. Replies here of promises of better service is cringy and immoral.
