I bought tickets for a marketing event in Istanbul over a year ago. The event was postponed twice and then quietly cancelled, with my tickets disappearing from my account without any notice. I reached out to their support team multiple times via email, LinkedIn, and other channels. Unfortunately, I received no response at all. Not a single reply. Now, I've lost both my money and my time. It seems they take payments, change dates, cancel events, and then vanish without a trace. There’s been no communication, no accountability, and no refund — absolutely nothing. Any organization that treats its customers this way should not be hosting events or selling tickets. I highly advise anyone thinking of purchasing from this company to reconsider. My experience has been awful from beginning to end, and even after a year, I am still waiting for the refund that never arrived.
