You know I don’t normally come on here to leave bad reviews.. however when you decided to go a different route rather than using this guy, he don’t like being turned away!! I was going to use this company to move but 1400 is quite a bit especially for a single mom who’s the only income in her home, so friends offered to help me move instead. Well the guy who calls you regarding the reservation he’s not very pleasant he’s very rude! when you tell him you are going to just have friends help instead he gets pretty nasty and doesn’t like being turned away… he gets quiet and then starts asking me if my friends are movers etc! That doesn’t matter for one or any of his business. he then decides to laugh and tells me it just keeps getting better and better and tells me good luck with all that.. I’m sorry but as a business person just because you are turned away because someone chooses to go a different route moving is no reason to get nasty with them!! It’s bad business and very unprofessional. As a single mom of three $1400 is a lot and if I can save that by having friends help me instead I will do so.
