I had an extremely negative experience. If you're looking to be misled, this is the service for you. They assure you of one thing and then do the complete opposite. Expect missing items and damaged goods, especially if they're marked fragile. My belongings were held in storage for nearly a month instead of being delivered on time, as promised. When the truck came to pick up my items, they unexpectedly charged me an additional 60% on top of the originally quoted price. They claimed it was guaranteed, but I was told otherwise when the truck arrived. After days of trying to communicate with them, I was met with silence. When I finally got my things, they were in terrible condition, and several items were missing. I even lost family photos and cherished cookbooks. I would never recommend this service to anyone!
