We were all set for our 9 day "cherry Blossom" Japan tour to depart on 01Apr20, when we were notified that it was postponed to September. We email back to the agent to refund our money back and if the tour operated in 2021 we may sign up again. We were told that refunds take 8 weeks as that is how long the airlines take to refund the money. Its end of September and no refund , no response to emails, phone lines are dead and the local office in El Monte , California has been closed since April( according to the property office), website has been pulled down.This is a big let down for a company that has operating since 1996 with 18 offices worldwide.
