After receiving 4 defective units I reached out via text, no phone number to be found, and explained The situation. First they wanted the box which after trying three of the units unsuccessfully the boxes had been discarded. Then I was told I had only five day from the receipt of the unit to receive any king of refund. Well I bought 10 units and was wondering how I would have tried them all in 5 days. Then we pursued it, via text and they wanted a picture of me using the defective unit. How do you take a picture of a defective unit. But I did. Then they requested a video which was a pain in the rear end as you have to load it to a third party app. But I did it. In the course of this process i read one of the boxes I had left and realized all the boxes were dated 2022. That means the vapes being sold to me were outdated by at least two years. When I brought this to the companies attention I immediately got a response that they would give me most of my money back, about 70%. On 9/19/25 I could not find my type of vape and in desperation I thought I would give Nexus Smoke one more shot. I went to their website. Opened my account, ordered my vape, gave payment and sent the order. I never received a conformation email. After three days I called my credit card and was told that had acknowledge the purchase and the charge was pending on my credit card. I attempted four emails with the company and never got a reply. Today I called my credit card company to see if they had made any progress with Nexus smoke and they stated they got my refund back and cleared my card. So basically the company was just going to let the purchase lay dormant until my credit card company got involved. I never received an email of the purchase, status or cancellation of my order. So here is the facts. Extremely poor customer service and communication. Defective and obsolete products. Really no return policy because of the foolish process they have. And they play game with your credit card. Buyer Beware. I know it sound unreal but you can read my story in detail in the comment left on there website.
