Was referred via a new build firm which did concern me but I shouldn’t have worried they have been great especially Aimee. We pulled out of the new build due to issues around quick exchange and pressure put on our chain nearly caused it to collapse. We then went on to purchase a different property with also turned into a nightmare due to probate which was hidden during the offer stage. Finally third house and we exchanged today. The whole process was made easier by Aimee and believe it or not she and the team managed to have us ready to go on the third house within 5 weeks. Extremely happy. Thank you and the team
