We were recommended NFL by the new-build company, and throughout the process it felt as though they were working more for them than for us. Emails and phone calls were often unanswered, and dates for exchange and completion were missed (not entirely the fault of NFL but a combination of both solicitors). It was very difficult to get in touch and actually speak to someone. The work did get done eventually.
