We got there in the end. Overall, we felt communication along the journey for exchange was quite poor. We had no idea who from the team was looking after our buy and sell directly. We constantly were the ones chasing for updates. A simple email to confirm who on the team is best to contact, along with a weekly update email would have been great to know what was progressing and what was holding things up and would have saved a lot of time and unnecessary stress from our side as the client.
