I ordered a chandelier the first of March. It is the middle of April and I have yet to get it delivered! I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Obviously it never comes in, and the delivery part is up to you now. I asked for a refund, but they told me i have to request that from the hokey dokey freight company they use. I will never buy from them, I would rather pay an extra $1000 on the dollar for something that is actually delivered!
