Started great then went downhill rapidly. Sold the project of being all completed within 7-10 days after the preparation works when in fact in took 6 weeks.On complettion of preparation work being carried out but digger left blocking the drive for 5 days. Garage door damaged by the mini-digger during the works, no one knocked on the door to say what happened, only found out as the security camera picked it up, then took about 5 weeks to finally mend it after I called numerous times.Materials then delivered and left in the close for over a week and works delayed. Project manager non-existent and had to call to find out what was happening.Only positive, the works were good and did a nice job but everything else absolutely shocking !!
