I rang this company up for a quote to replace our side gate. Before I was given a date, the man asked "who will be at home"? I was taken by surprise, so asked what that had to do with a side gate quote. Being a female, alarm bells rang. He said that he could send a female if I was home alone. Then another man rang day before the quote date to confirm. After a convo about the cost and wanting fencing too, he asked again the same question. I said either myself or my husband, to which he huffed and replied "in that case, can we rearrange date so your husband is there too". So my reply was the same. By this time, I was beyond angry and disappointed. His response was that they find if both of us are here, we are more likely to go ahead with the quote!!! So which excuse is it? You call yourself NEXT GENERATION!!! I am so appalled and disgusted. Treating a female like this is insulting, sexist and degrading. What's you're protocol for people who live by themselves or with same sex parters or single parents?????? OUTRAGEOUS.....LOST ANOTHER POTENTIAL CUSTOMER.
