I have not yet begun the class for which I requested a refund, and after reviewing the refund policy, I thought I was within the 72-hour window for a full refund since I hadn't started it. I only sought a refund for the course I did not take. Additionally, the materials provided are quite outdated, leading me to doubt their commitment to student success. I do not plan to finish the course and will not return. This company operates unethically, and similar educational content is available for free on various platforms.
