I will refrain from expressing a lengthy complaint, as it would be an unproductive use of my time. As a former nurse, I can attest that the extended waiting periods observed are unnecessary. The assertion that there is no shortage of medical professionals is questionable.A shortage of medical personnel appears to be evident. I endured a six-hour wait, only to be informed that an additional four hours would pass before I could consult with a physician.During that six-hour period, every individual in the waiting area was assessed by a triage nurse, yet no one was seen by a doctor. How can this situation be justified? Ultimately, I returned home due to the unbearable pain I was experiencing.I was compelled to return home and administer painkillers, which, incidentally, provided minimal relief. It is unacceptable that I had to leave and self-medicate with analgesics due to the unavailability of doctors. Consequently, I will not be returning.I am also frustrated with the lack of progress from my general practitioner, despite undergoing four scans and numerous blood tests. Surely, a resolution should be attainable by now.Nevertheless, I am currently at home, in discomfort, and unwilling to endure another 10+ hours on an uncomfortable, slippery steel chair. The responsible parties should be held accountable for this situation.
