Very easy, one form and it's done.If you live in South London, it's a different 5 page form and you can't withhold consent unless the Beast itself agrees! Blatant breach of gdpr and unfair and discriminatory based purely on your location.What's more, Lewisham Hospital, which manages the latter process is obstructive and inert.
