Was more than sceptical when I was referred for physiotherapy on my neck,however I have been pleasantly surprised by the service at Clatterbridge,it only took a couple of weeks to get the appointment useing the nhs app. My appointment was at 08.40 and I was seen by Helen the physiotherapist at this time,after she took the full history she got to work on massaging my back and shoulder area,feel a lot better. I have booked in for another appointment and the letter was on my phone by the time I got home.All in all can't fault the professional approach and service. Perhaps it's time for people to stop knocking the service.
