The service is generally excellent. However, there are a few items, like the bulk sticker packs, that seem better suited for specialized shops rather than average consumers. Most other offerings are fantastic, and the support team is responsive and helpful. I particularly appreciate the rewards program; as a pro member, the discounts and points system is beneficial. Unfortunately, the 'notify me' feature for restocks has been ineffective lately, as I haven't received any alerts for items I've requested. Perhaps there are some technical issues, or the notifications are getting lost in my email. Overall, I'm quite satisfied, though I do wish they would consider bringing manufacturing back to the country.
