EDIT: After writing a 1 star review the Nicequest Team have finally resolved this issue and refunded my points. It should not take a bad review to resolve any issues. I contacted Nicequest twice but was told there was nothing they could do, so it seems to get things resolved with Nicequest you need to mark them negatively for them to do something to help. Not an ideal way to resolve complaints, but they have now resolved it. Updated the review to 3 stars and keeping the original message up for users who have a complaint and are unable to resolve it with Nicequest. [ Prior review left was "I am still waiting for over a whole month to get my gift card yet the company are still saying we don’t have any at the moment. This was a 50 pound amazon gift card and nicequest have deducted my points yet my gate eu amilon are not acting on this issue. Basically I have been deducted points and have not been given my reward after 30 days. The company they are using are obviously a scam. I am truly disappointed completely with how this has been dealt with. After I contacted amilon all I get each time is we don’t have anything. If this isn’t a scam I don’t know what is. Truly unethical business practices here and nicequest will not do anything about it so they in themselves are being unethical and promoting rewards. A warning to all here! Beware of Nicequest ]
