It took a little longer than I expected, but overall, a good experience. Customer service was great. the product definitely curbed my appetite and overeating habits. It did take about 8 months to get to my goal. I did lose 50 lbs with increased exercise. I did go on a daily walking plan and cycling routine.I am going to work on just maintaining where I'm at for a couple of months.Thank You for your help!Robert Gillmer
