I ordered a custom sun shade sail from them over the weekend, but had questions. I called 57 times (I know I know, but cmon...no voice-mail? No callback? No "sorry, it's been a busy day", no person! Literally no one there! So...shut up).I sent an email immediately asking for them to cancel my order as their company pops-up on scam reporter sites and the lack of response is just the nail in the coffin to that.Buy from a company that you can ACTUALLY TALK TO PEOPLE and not a company that can't pick up the phone after 57 calls.
