Extremely disappointing experience. My order was marked as delivered, yet I never received the package. The delivery was signed off by the driver while I was away. I did not authorize the parcel to be left unattended. Since then, I have been passed between the delivery service and the retailer, with neither taking responsibility. Weeks later, I am still without the product or a refund. This is not how a professional retailer should handle lost shipments. €848 lost. AVOID THIS STORE!!! Edit 24/12/25: They claim the order was 'delivered' and even state there was a matching signature (how could they possibly know my signature?). This is simply false. I was not home during the delivery time, never authorized the parcel to be left, and did not sign for anything. The signature was written by the driver. Instead of taking responsibility, they hide behind the delivery service and misrepresent the facts to make it seem like the issue is resolved. They mention shipping insurance after the fact, as if that justifies a false delivery status. Even now, while the parcel is still missing, they continue to distort the situation publicly instead of acknowledging what really happened. Very poor handling of a straightforward delivery issue.
