I had a Warmflow boiler put in 7 years ago. from the very first Service pipes within the boiler were wet and corroded.Engineer informed me it was nothing to worry about.Since then I have consistantly lost heating over the years and consistantly asked the engineer every time if the pipes should be replaced. I was even told by the engineer there had been a few problems with this type of boiler.I am a widower and almost 83 and when the heating went off you can imagine it was not pleasant. Fortunately my grandsons would bring heating appliances until the problem was solved. Although the staff at Nicholsons are very pleasant I feel after knowingly the consistent problems I was experiencing all they had to do was change the pipes from the very first year. Since then I have had three independent professionals out who have all confirmed the pipes should have been replaced. I have had the main pipe changed and will be arranging for the rest to be changed.
