Furniture (sofa) delivered and not unpacked/assembled despite paying £195.Drivers took furniture out of boxes which were so damaged it looked like they fell off a lorry!Electric recliners make awful noise, don’t extend uniformly and when looking underneath broken plastic wheels from somewhere. Unable to get hold of Customer Support - answer phone which talks some gibberish about account suspended due to expect fraud.All in all a less than satisfactory experience for c£4k sofa which unable to use the two electric recliners
