Ordered a new sofa in the Colchester store as part of their sale. Firstly, they outsource delivery to WS Transportation. You’re told you will get a call on the day 30 minutes before - I didn’t - they just arrived. Delivery guys were generally ok - however few bits of cardboard/mess left behind. Having now checked the order link they have also forged my signature…However, we paid additional money for so called ‘insurance’ however have not received any documentation for the insurance, nor have we received the Fabric Care set we have paid for. I have tried to call twice and both times after waiting on hold I have been cut off. Giving it to the end of the week and then going to begin a claim with my credit card company. TL;DR - lovely sofa. Poor customer service and delivery.
