Fantastic before purchase, terrible after-sales support. I waited 3 months for my furniture, was then delivered the wrong item, and 2 weeks later it’s still unresolved. There’s been no reassurance whether I’ll receive a brand-new sideboard or one that’s been in another customer’s home. For expensive, premium-priced furniture, this level of care and support is not acceptable.
