He took the time to join us on the floor, encouraged us to try all the couches properly, and carefully discussed sizing, layouts, and personalisation options to suit our space and needs. His advice was knowledgeable, honest, and never pushy, which made the whole experience very enjoyable. We ultimately bought a couch because of his excellent guidance and customer service. Highly recommend asking for Shaied if you’re visiting the Croydon store.
