Horrendous service from both Nick Scali and the delivery company. Ordered a sofa and a small side table. Had to pay £250 for items to be delivered by WS transportation. Items delivered as scheduled, however the delivery men assembled the table knowing it was very badly damaged. (Why??) When my husband refused to sign for the table the delivery men were clearly unhappy about this. The delivery company contacted us a few days later, they wanted us to pay £60 for delivery of a new table. We contacted Nick Scali and they agreed we would not need to pay for delivery again, due to the original item being damaged, and assured us they would sort it out. We have now made several phone calls to Nick Scali, each time they have promised to sort out our delivery, but they clearly haven’t. They have not contacted us to apologise or update us and over 4 weeks have now passed and we still do not have the table or any idea when we will receive it. Spent over £2500 with this company, and they really need to get their act together as once they have your money, their customer service is awful.
