Honestly do not use lost my dogs ashes and fur the fur is irreplaceable as we didnt have much fur so thats gone when I complained and stated it will reflect in there review on their website they refunded me so I cant review on their website but they have no control over on here DO NOT BUY they have 0 respect and if I didnt contact them god knows how long it would of been before I found out they lost my dogs ashes and fur They have tried flagging my review saying it is false how hilarious I have evidence of you ignoring to help the situation and the just refunding meAnd leaving that comment but doing nothing to help its shameful 😔
