Unsatisfactory First Order Experience

This was my first experience with the service. I ordered 20 cans of 6mg Coffee flavored product, and unfortunately, they all seem to be counterfeit. I compared the color and text of the cans to a genuine product, and it did not match. Additionally, every QR code for the rewards program is identical, with the same case-sensitive code on each one. It seems they simply printed the same stickers for all the cans. The color, taste, smell, and overall feeling are not right. I cannot recommend this service unless you are looking for counterfeit products. Otherwise, proceed with caution. Mine are going straight to the trash. Lesson learned.

Suspicious Quality of the Product

These products seem to be counterfeit. I purchased 5 6mg Spearmint tins, and each one has different font color, QR code, pouch appearance, smell, and taste compared to what I've been using for over 2 years. When I scanned the QR code, it directed me to the website, but the code was either already used or invalid. The smell and taste are not what I expect. The pouches even appear different. I want a refund.
