I decided to try this brand because my newborn was experiencing severe nappy rash from another product. After using it for a month, I’m happy to report that my baby's rash has significantly improved. I plan to continue using this brand for now. I also made a mistake by ordering size 1 instead of size 2. I placed the order around 8am and contacted customer support at 9am. I was pleasantly surprised when they returned my call within 5 minutes and efficiently resolved my issue. I really like the nappy range; they fit well and have a beautiful design. The customer service is friendly and prompt. I’ve also started using their cleaning products, and they all perform well. The dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, and laundry liquid are particularly impressive. The toilet cleaner dispenser is a bit awkward, though.

We’ve really enjoyed this brand for nappies. Our choice was based on their sustainable production and natural materials. These nappies are as absorbent, if not more so, than other brands, and they don’t have any weird gel beads! We’ve been using the pull-ups for a long time, and they are fantastic. I also love the baby wipes and cleaning products!
