Not only was the problem rectified at once with replacements but the packaging tweaked to avoid a future reoccurrence.I have gifted a few of mine to craft and plant loving friends and all have loved them.Give this a try for excellent service, super craft on a monthly basis and really personal customer service.An unusual idea beautifully executed.
