Dodgy company. I've ordered once before and everything went well so decided to order again. I requested royal mail and they sent DPD, who then proceeded to lose the package (which is why I wanted royal mail!). All I needed to do is contact these people and ask them to open an investigation with DPD and refund me or send my package again. Got put through to the most clueless person I have ever encountered in my life. He didn't know where he worked, says it's his first day and I could barely get an understandable word out of him. He then passed me over to someone "helpful" who acted like they were handling my issue. He asked me to put the phone down and call straight back, which I did and now they're ignoring all my calls.Avoid like the plague, just pay a few quid more and go somewhere else.Edit: the package turned up eventually, had been dumped outside and a neighbor took it in for me. Still, the customer service from these people was virtually none existent and I won't be using again.
